We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR (e.g. health, religion, political opinions), with the exception of information you may voluntarily include in your CV or cover note when applying for a position.

• Neon / PostgreSQL — Database hosting for job listings and application data. Data is stored in accordance with Neon's data processing terms.
• Analytics provider — Where you have given consent, we use a third-party analytics service to measure aggregated website traffic. No personally identifiable information is shared with this provider for profiling or advertising purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

When you apply for a position through our website, we collect and process the information you provide (name, email, LinkedIn profile, cover note, and CV file) for the sole purpose of evaluating your application.

• Your application data is accessible only to authorised FAST Aerospace personnel involved in the recruitment process.
• CV files are stored securely and are not shared with third parties outside the recruitment process.
• If your application is unsuccessful, we will retain your data for up to 12 months in case a suitable opportunity arises, unless you request earlier deletion.
• You may withdraw your application and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@fast-aerospace.com.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Server logs — deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes, then permanently deleted.
• Job applications — retained for up to 12 months after the recruitment process concludes, then permanently deleted.
• Analytics data — retained for up to 26 months, then automatically deleted.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal obligations.
